Volume Creatives connects to your Meta ad account to launch and manage ads on your behalf. Here's how we protect that access and your data.
OAuth, not passwords
You connect your Meta account through Meta's official OAuth (Facebook Login for Business). We never see or store your Meta password, only a scoped access token you can revoke at any time.
Encrypted token storage
Meta access tokens are stored encrypted at rest and used only to perform the ad actions you initiate. Tokens are never exposed to the browser or shared with third parties.
Least-privilege access
We request only the Meta permissions needed to launch and manage the ads you ask us to. We don't read data outside the scope of the work you direct.
You stay in control
Ads launch paused by default, and every launch runs a pre-launch dry-run. Nothing is published to your account without your explicit approval.
Data deletion
Disconnect your Meta account at any time to revoke access. To request deletion of your account data, email privacy@volumecreatives.app and we'll remove it.
No data resale
We don't sell your data or your ad performance. Your creatives, copy, and results are yours, used only to provide the service.
